O que você irá fazer?
  • Na laboração de documentos a serem elaborados para o condomínio e para o fundo INRD11;
  • Na atualização e parametrização do sistema de reservas, conforme regimento interno de cada condomínio;
  • Em atender dúvidas e solicitações de inquilinos e possíveis inquilinos via e-mail e WhatsApp;
  • Conferir pagamentos e pendências de aluguéis e taxas condominiais;
  • Emitir formas de cobranças e avisos de inadimplência;
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios financeiros mensais para o gestor do fundo;
  • Encaminhar notas fiscais para o setor responsável;
  • Intermediar comunicações entre gestor do fundo e síndicos/administradoras dos condomínios;
  • Gerar relatórios de ocupação/vacância dos imóveis;
  • Elaborar relatórios de ocorrências e pendências;
  • Consolidar informações para prestação de contas aos gestores do fundo e investidores;
  • Informar aos gerentes das unidades as visitas com prospects interessados nos apartamentos;
  • Acompanhar renovações e rescisões contratuais de locação;
  • Elaborar conteúdos para apresentações.
