Position Overview

As a Delivery Lead, you will be the driving force of our processes, ensuring that our teams maximize efficiency and deliver high-quality results.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and enabling a culture of continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for the functional management of Tech Leads, including performance, coaching, and career development.

Your leadership and coaching will play a key role in helping our teams thrive and deliver high-impact outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and Mentor Teams: Guide team members on best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help individuals develop their Agile skills.
  • Remove Impediments: Actively identify and resolve obstacles or bottlenecks that impede the team's progress, ensuring a smooth flow of work and timely delivery of sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective prioritization of work.
  • Any other activities as required from time-to-time to support the continued operations and growth of Future Secure AI.
  • Act as the functional people manager for tech leads: Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback conversations; Support career development, engagement, and alignment with company culture; Partner with leadership on staffing decisions and team structure; Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and psychologically safe environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager and/or Scrum Master, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience managing technical teams, including performance and growth management
