Staff Security Engineer (Fintech Global)

Modelo Híbrido: 4 dias no escritório (Pinheiros – SP), 1 dia remoto

Estamos em busca de um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Segurança Staff para liderar técnica e praticamente a transformação da área de segurança de uma fintech global em fase de estruturação local. Trata-se de uma posição sênior de contribuição individual, com grande escopo técnico, expectativa de protagonismo e interação direta com stakeholders internacionais.

O(a) profissional será responsável por desenhar e implementar soluções críticas de segurança , estabelecer padrões por meio de código funcional e atuar como referência para múltiplas squads, colaborando com engenharia, plataforma, produto, compliance e times globais.

Responsabilidades Principais
Liderança Técnica & Implementação
  • Arquitetar sistemas de segurança escaláveis em ambientes cloud (GCP);
  • Definir padrões técnicos reutilizáveis via código;
  • Liderar entregas críticas com foco em qualidade e impacto.
Arquitetura & Engenharia de Segurança
  • Gestão de identidade (IAM/Keycloak), zero-trust e SIEM;
  • Automação com Python (obrigatório), Go (desejável), Terraform;
  • Criação de frameworks reutilizáveis e pipelines seguros.
Segurança em Nuvem
  • Hardening e compliance em GCP via IaC;
  • Construção de controles de segurança e remediação de riscos;
  • Execução de migrações e iniciativas de segurança estratégica.
Colaboração & Influência
  • Suporte ativo às squads de engenharia, plataforma e produto;
  • Alinhamento com liderança de segurança global;
  • Comunicação com áreas regulatórias e stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos.
Mentoria Técnica
  • Pair programming, code reviews e workshops técnicos;
  • Disseminação de boas práticas por código e documentação;
  • Desenvolvimento técnico de colegas e times.
Requisitos Técnicos
  • 8+ anos em engenharia de segurança, sendo 3+ como Staff/Principal;
  • GCP avançado, Python (obrigatório), Go (desejável), Terraform;
  • Kubernetes, sistemas de identidade, SIEM, DevSecOps;
  • Experiência prática com frameworks ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD e BACEN;
  • Histórico de implementação ponta a ponta de soluções críticas.
Requisitos Comportamentais
  • Influência técnica com base em entregas;
  • Forte habilidade de comunicação (português e inglês);
  • Capacidade de atuação consultiva e colaborativa com stakeholders diversos;
  • Vivência prévia ou fluência para atuar com liderança internacional.
Desejáveis
  • Certificações avançadas (ex.: Google Cloud Professional);
  • Experiência em fintechs ou serviços financeiros regulados;
  • Conhecimento de padrões de segurança para sistemas de pagamento.
