We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to enhance client solutions using Salesforce Primary Clouds and development expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado or similar tools
  • Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure high-quality code
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to maintain system reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client requirements
  • Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices
  • Document technical specifications and development processes
  • Optimize Salesforce platform performance and scalability
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs
  • Support deployment and release management activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development roles
  • Strong experience with Salesforce platform development including UI and API
  • Proven knowledge of Salesforce Primary Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Copado or willingness to be upskilled
  • Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
  • Clear understanding of code quality standards and software development lifecycle
  • Ability to monitor and manage production environments effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • English language proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level

  • Experience with Einstein 1 Platform
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform integration techniques
