In one sentence The Senior FP&A Manager is a strategic and analytical leader with strong business partnering skills. This position will play a critical role in supporting executive decision-making, driving financial excellence, and consolidating results across all divisions while interfacing directly with Finance Directors, VPs, and the Corporate team. What will your job look like?- Own the full P&L for the company/division (actuals and projections, internal and external).
- Lead the Mid-Term strategic planning process, influencing long-term business decisions.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly closing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Consolidate financial results for all Americas divisions, explaining variances and business drivers, not just technical consolidation.
- Provide clear, concise insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including CFO and executive committees.
- Drive target setting and compliance guidelines across the region.
- Inspire and lead a large, high-performing team, setting vision, expectations, and fostering innovation.
- Champion efficiency and transformation, adopting new tools, systems, and challenging the status quo
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Professional Accountant certification – advantage.
- 8–12 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and team leads
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Ability to present clear, concise messages to senior executives and CFOs.
- Experience in multinational environments or fast-paced settings.
- Advanced skills in SAP and Excel; exposure to automation and BI tools is a plus
- You will be able to connect with Senior Management level to provide guidance and updates on the financial plan
- You will be able to foresee the team with vision, clear expectations and targets as well as providing professional support.
- You will have ability to manage a team of financial analysts.
