O que buscamos:

Profissional de nível PL que atue com Machine Learning Ops Engineer. Irá atuar na modalidade remoto.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Implementar pipelines de MLOps (CI/CD para modelos de Machine Learning);
  • Gerenciar infraestrutura de treinamento e inferência na AWS;
  • Criar pipelines de feature engineering com PySpark;
  • Implementar monitoramento e observabilidade de modelos em produção;
  • Automatizar deployment e versionamento de modelos;
  • Trabalhar com AWS SageMaker, ECS e EKS para serving de modelos;
  • Implementar e manter feature stores e gestão de features;
  • Garantir reprodutibilidade e rastreabilidade de experimentos;
  • Integrar pipelines de ML com data lake usando PySpark e Trino;
  • Otimizar custos e performance de cargas de ML.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Experiência com MLOps ou DevOps aplicado a Machine Learning;
  • Experiência sólida com AWS (SageMaker, ECR, ECS/EKS, Lambda, EMR);
  • Conhecimento em PySpark para preparação e engenharia de features;
  • Vivência com ferramentas de MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker Pipelines);
  • Proficiência em Python e frameworks de ML (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch);
  • Experiência com containerização (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Conhecimento em CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins);
  • Experiência com IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation);
  • Conhecimento em monitoramento de modelos e detecção de drift.

Desejáveis / Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com feature stores (SageMaker Feature Store, Feast);
  • Conhecimento em arquiteturas de data lake voltadas a ML;
  • Experiência com MLlib (biblioteca de ML do Spark);
  • Vivência com model serving (TensorFlow Serving, Seldon, KServe);
  • Certificações AWS Machine Learning Specialty;
  • Experiência com execução distribuída de ML (Ray, Dask, Spark ML).
