Let's start with the role 

We're looking for a passionate Product Designer to help shape the future of our global Account & Payments ecosystem. You'll redesign key experiences across Account, Payments, and Registration flows, creating intuitive, scalable, and locally relevant solutions as we expand worldwide.

You'll work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers in Greece, Portugal, and Brazil, crafting end-to-end experiences that balance simplicity, security, and scale. We value experimentation, creativity, and accountability — and we're looking for someone eager to grow, learn, and make an impact on millions of users.

We operate in a centralized model, supporting multiple product teams through two-week sprints and well-documented processes that ensure clarity and alignment. Beyond delivery, we invest in each designer's growth through dedicated learning opportunities and courses to help you evolve your craft.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will:

• Design, prototype, and validate end-to-end product experiences within the Account & Payments vertical.
  
  
• Structure clear information hierarchies and scalable component logic for complex user journeys.
  
  
• Collaborate daily with PMs, engineers, and researchers to define problems and co-create solutions.
  
  
• Shape UX architecture and interaction logic, ensuring scalability and consistency with the KATA Design System.
  
  
• Deliver responsive, high-fidelity interfaces while documenting design intent for smooth implementation.
  
  
• Participate in design critiques and cross-time-zone rituals to maintain alignment and shared standards.
  
  
• Promote Kaizen's values and design culture as a proud and genuine Kaizener ambassador.
  
  

What you'll bring:

• Strong experience in Product Design (UX/UI) within fintech, e-commerce, or similar digital platforms.
  
  
• Strong foundation in UX architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and collaborative tools (FigJam, Miro, etc.).
  
  
• Excellent command of English (team language).
  
  
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams.
  
  
• Understanding of how to design through research-driven inputs, translating insights into meaningful user experiences.
  
  
• No people management required, but expected to work with high ownership and autonomy.
  
  

Nice to have 

• Familiarity with accessibility and localization best practices.
  
  
• Motion or micro-interaction skills (After Effects, ProtoPie, etc.).
  
  
• Experience working in regulated environments or with payments-related systems.
  
  
• Basic understanding of UX metrics and data-informed design.
  
  

Let's start with the role

As a Senior Product Owner and part of an Agile development team at Kaizen Gaming, you will drive the vision and development of products by using Agile best practices in order to maximize the business value of the team's deliverables.

The aim is to make the Account Verification journeys as seamless as possible so that we provide customers with the optimal overall experience, allowing them to focus on our entertainment products - Sportsbook & Gaming.

As a Senior Product Owner in Account Verification, you will:

• Drive a Scrum team, providing vision and direction throughout the product lifecycle
• Create and communicate requirements in the form of epics and stories
• Manage the backlog and iteration planning process according to business value and/or ROI
• Drive the product release plans and set the expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product updates, progress, and risks.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, revenue, and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

What you'll bring:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Account Verification product vision. Collaborating closely with software development and operational teams, the Senior Product Owner will be in charge of delivering innovative solutions that elevate users' experience. 

More specifically, we are looking for a professional with: 

• Strong experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a technological environment or software products
• Solid Agile experience
• Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify the technical and business changes required to address them
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams
• A good understanding of technology, programming languages and software architecture is considered a plus
• Experience working with design teams and understanding UX fundamentals is valued
• Familiarity with the betting/gaming/fintech industries will be considered a plus
