Your Role

As an AI Software Architect, you will be at the forefront of AI-driven engineering — shaping the future of enterprise architecture, software design, and AI product delivery. You will lead multi-squad technical strategy, architect systems with AI-first principles, and build guardrails that ensure scalability, governance, and ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define service boundaries and reference architectures aligned with SLOs, security policies, and cost-efficiency goals.
  • Lead context engineering (functional and technical) across the product repository and maintain clarity through automated PR templates and documentation standards.
  • Run risk/threat assessments and guide trade-offs across performance, privacy, sustainability, and security.
  • Architect guardrails in CI/CD (PII redaction, license verification, policy gates).
  • Design enablement programs across squads with maturity models and cadence-based assessments.
  • Lead AI Mob sessions to refine prompts and generate shippable assets (code, infra, designs).
  • Negotiate scope, risk posture, and governance strategies that support AI-first delivery.
  • Orchestrate multi-team sessions to resolve dependencies and decisions with rapid facilitation techniques.
  • Design change adoption plans with measurable KPIs and leading indicators.
  • Run impact assessments (e.g., model bias, accessibility, data compliance) and define actionable mitigations.
  • Continuously improve KPIs around energy efficiency, cloud cost, and accessibility.
  • Lead controlled experiments, publish evidence-based playbooks, and scale best practices.
  • Coach teams through ethical dilemmas, escalation paths, and AI safety principles.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for tech sponsors across business and product teams.
  • Mentor engineers and facilitators, while embedding standards and templates across squads.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience designing and scaling complex, secure software architectures in cloud-native or AI-first environments
  • Strong leadership in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder alignment, and facilitation
  • Mastery of CI/CD, cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, observability, and DevSecOps
  • Experience designing secure-by-default systems, with strong privacy and compliance frameworks (PII, GDPR, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in AI engineering, ML Ops or integrating LLMs within digital products
  • Data-informed: Skilled in defining success metrics, experimentation, and iteration
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and mentorship skills
  • Passionate about sustainable digital transformation and ethical tech
