We are now selecting
ONE Technical Co-Founder / Chief Architect
to build the digital backbone of the Colabocratic Economy.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and lead the development of the core technical architecture for the Freedom eE PHYgital platform.
- Implement scalable systems for transactions, ledgers, user identity, and API integrations across sectors.
- Translate a mature economic model into functional, high-quality digital infrastructure.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and long-term scalability.
- Lead or assemble a technical team capable of building enterprise-level solutions.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to align technological execution with the global vision.
- Co-own the development roadmap and take personal responsibility for delivery.
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience as
CTO, Chief Architect, Principal Engineer
, or Technical Founder. - Strong expertise in scalable backend architecture, fintech logic, and complex transactions.
- Advanced skills in API integrations, multi-layer systems, and data-driven platforms.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results independently.
- Ethical leadership, responsibility, and strong alignment with impact-driven missions.
- Willingness to invest work upfront (equity + royalties model).
- Experience in fintech, wellness tech, or enterprise systems is a strong advantage.
