KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate actively in the current innovation agenda (project leader along with all multifunctional areas of the company), bringing a curious and careful perspective to all stages of project development.
  • Bring and lead innovative initiatives while building an effective and well-connected community within the business groups and all multifunctional areas (Global and Local Marketing, Research and Development, Consumer Insights, Artwork, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing).
  • Manage and effectively lead external partners (agencies, suppliers, etc.).
  • Lead the brand agenda with the global marketing team on the future of the category and brand proposition while putting consumer insights into action.
  • Conduct market, competition, and trend analysis, generating insights to support the design of the brand's growth plans in the category.
  • Budget management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Advanced English;
  • Experience in marketing and project leadership;
  • Good communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders.;
  • Passion for brand development in all strategic pillars;
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo, find efficiencies, and improve existing processes with creative and innovative solutions;
  • Good ability to navigate high volatility and uncertainty environments, prioritization is key;
  • Analytical skills and strategic brand thinking.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Spanish desirable.
