Role Overview
You will lead strategic initiatives and complex cross-functional programs to accelerate the global growth of Motorola B2B business. This role blends strategic analysis, program leadership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure that products, go-to-market plans, and operational processes are aligned with customer needs and corporate priorities. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Channel partners to define, launch, and scale enterprise-grade hardware, software, and solution offerings worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Insights, Storytelling Executive Communication
Craft persuasive narratives for internal and external audiences with high‑impact PowerPoint presentations
Prepare executive-level updates for leadership reviews, governance forums, and strategic planning sessions.
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, persuasive storytelling for multi-layer stakeholders.
Business Strategy Planning
- Develop and refine global B2B go-to-market strategies across hardware, software, and integrated solutions.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and pricing assessments to inform strategic decisions.
- Build structured business cases, strategic recommendations, and insights for leadership.
Program Project Leadership
- Serve as the program manager for strategic B2B deployments across geographies.
- Create detailed project plans including milestones, budgets, risks, and stakeholder mapping.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of projects in collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, engineering, and external partners.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Drive operational alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Support, Legal, and Channel teams.
- Coordinate global readiness for launches, including enablement training, asset creation, and performance monitoring.
Partner Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with system integrators, carriers, channel partners, and enterprise clients to pilot and scale B2B solutions.
- Foster strong executive-level relationships and build internal alignment around strategic priorities.
Governance, Reporting Continuous Improvement
- Use program tools and global processes for issue tracking, risk mitigation, and KPI monitoring.
- Implement data-driven performance loops to optimize solutions, processes, and business outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to global leadership and maintain strong reporting discipline.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, program management, or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience structuring complex business problems.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, enterprise mobility, telecom, IoT, or IT services.
- Experience managing global or multi-region product launches or deployments.
- Familiarity with strategic frameworks and market analysis tools.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Work format: Hybrid (3x office, 2x home).
