Job Summary
As a Technology Architect specializing in Generative AI and Oracle Data Integrator you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape within the Asset & Wealth Management domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will leverage your expertise to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of technology solutions that leverage Generative AI to optimize processes within Asset & Wealth Management.
  • Oversee the implementation of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for efficient data integration and management across various platforms.
  • Provide expert guidance in data modeling and build mapping using ODI to ensure robust and scalable data solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technology enhancements and drive innovation.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for integrating advanced technologies into existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture and data management.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend adoption that aligns with the companys vision and objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in using Generative AI and ODI tools effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technology processes and deliver superior results.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business operations.
  • Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality in all technology solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Generative AI and Oracle Data Integrator demonstrating a deep understanding of their applications in Asset & Wealth Management.
  • Have a strong background in data modeling and build mapping using ODI showcasing the ability to create scalable and efficient data solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in identifying and implementing technology enhancements that drive business value and innovation.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies relevant to the role.
  • Display strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Have a proven track record of implementing security measures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
