Core Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and execution of localized marketing strategies for Brazil and Latin America, covering brand promotion, product marketing, and channel management. Ensure the strategies are highly aligned with consumer needs, cultural norms, and the competitive market landscape in the region.

  2. Take full responsibility for the end-to-end management of localized marketing projects, including the planning, execution, and performance review of online activities (social media, local e-commerce platforms, KOL partnerships) and offline activities (exhibitions, in-store events, dealer collaborations). Manage the project budget and ensure the return on investment (ROI) meets the preset targets.

  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of market dynamics in Brazil and Latin America, including competitor strategies, consumption trends, and changes in policies and regulations. Regularly produce market insight reports to support regional marketing decision-making and product iteration.

  4. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and supply chain teams to align marketing objectives with business priorities. Drive measurable growth in product market penetration and sales volume in Brazil and Latin America.

  5. Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant partners in Brazil and Latin America, including media platforms, KOLs, advertising agencies, and industry associations. Expand cooperation channels while optimizing cooperation costs and effectiveness.

Core Competence Requirements

  1. Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in Portuguese (the official language of Brazil), and fluent in English/Spanish (for professional communication). Be able to proficiently write marketing copy in Portuguese and English, and effectively engage with partners in Brazil and Latin America.

  2. Market Insight Ability: Have a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the region (e.g., preferences, consumption scenarios, decision-making paths), cultural taboos (e.g., religious customs, holiday traditions), and media usage habits (e.g., operational rules of WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok in Brazil).

  3. Execution and Coordination Ability: Be responsible for the full-lifecycle management of marketing strategies from conception to implementation. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks (e.g., local supply chain disruptions, logistics issues, policy changes) to ensure the on-time completion of marketing activities.

  4. Data Analysis Ability: Proficient in using Excel, Google Analytics, and local data analysis tools (e.g., Peixe Urbano Insights). Evaluate activity effectiveness through data and optimize marketing strategies to improve results.

  5. Team and Partner Management Ability: Have experience in cross-departmental and cross-cultural communication. Be able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to achieve team goals.

Other Requirements


• Be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with strong pressure resistance and problem-solving abilities. Familiar with local business laws and regulations in Brazil (e.g., advertising laws, LGPD data privacy law) to ensure full compliance of all marketing activities.
