We are looking for an IT Information Technology Administrator to coordinate IT and business projects while supporting infrastructure operations and ensuring high-quality service to internal customers across multiple regions.

Key Focus:

  • Coordinate IT and business projects, tracking scope, timelines, costs, and risks.
  • Support IT infrastructure and application availability, ensuring system stability and uptime.
  • Act as a key point of contact between IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Support application deployments, system enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Manage vendors, SLAs, and service delivery.
  • Support IT governance, budget tracking, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure a strong customer service orientation, focusing on user experience and business continuity.

Education:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Additional postgraduate qualifications are preferred.

Experience:

  • 7–9 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
  • Strong programming background, preferably in Microsoft technologies (5+ years).
  • Project coordination experience (1+ year), including leadership of small teams.
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure and end-user services.
  • Familiarity with internet technologies and online applications.
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • English required
  • Bach +4
