We are looking for a professional passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) to develop and implement high-impact local strategies, aligned with our organization's global guidelines.

The role involves acting as a specialist in organizational development, performance management, and project management, ensuring the execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's strategic plan. This professional will be responsible for driving practices that promote employee engagement, retention, and continuous development, in addition to leading strategic HR projects with a focus on results and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor strategic HR projects, using agile or traditional methodologies as needed. Ensure timely deliverables, effective management, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Analysis: Monitor strategic KPIs (internal and external), such as global surveys and benchmarks, to propose action plans and development and engagement programs. Ensure efficient control over the development area's budget.
  • Support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs): Provide tools and strategies for engagement actions, onboarding, and special programs. Support internal communication to increase participation in HR projects.
  • Leadership Programs: Develop and implement leadership development programs aligned with institutional competencies and goals, fostering the development of leaders prepared for business challenges.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I): Based on the global strategy, direct efforts towards DE&I actions and projects for Brazil and other LATAM countries. Propose training and initiatives in line with global guidelines.

Technical Requirements

  • Solid experience in performance management, organizational development, leadership programs, and project management.
  • Knowledge of KPI analysis and the development of strategic HR plans.
  • Prior experience in DE&I activities and projects is a nice to have.
  • Desirable experience with platforms such as Workday and goal/project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban).
  • MS Office Suite (PPT and Excel) skills are essential requirements.
  • Advanced English (constant interaction with the global team).
