Vero is a global payments platform with automatic FX hedging, powered by stablecoins. We help companies operate internationally with lower friction, predictable costs, and instant liquidity.

We're looking for someone as strong in Figma as they are in Cursor, with a product mindset and the ability to build fast.

This role sits at the intersection of design and engineering, using AI as a natural extension of the workflow. You should be able to prototype, iterate, code, test, and ship, all within the same week.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate product flows and concepts into clear, efficient interfaces.

  • Work closely with engineering and founders to build the product.

  • Use AI to accelerate design, front-end, and prototyping work.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level Figma skills (design systems, auto-layout, tokens, variants).

  • Real experience with Cursor or similar environments (Windsurf/Claude/etc).

  • Good front-end understanding.

  • Excited to use AI to build faster (not just "pure design").

  • Ability to break down problems, test hypotheses, and deliver fast.

  • Strong portfolio is a plus. Strong github is a mega plus.

  • Experience with fintech, crypto, or technically rigorous products is a big plus.

  • Familiarity with complex flows (KYC/KYB, payments, onboarding) is giga plus.

How the process will work

  1. Send an email to [.capital] telling me a little (really just a little) about you and when you plan to deliver the technical challenge. I'll reply with the Figma file for you to work on.

  2. Pick one of the flows available in Vero's FigJam and build it using any mix of:

  3. Figma + Cursor, or

  4. Figma for layout + Cursor for a functional piece.

The only rule: It cannot be Figma only.

The role requires hands-on AI usage, prototyping, and light front-end execution.

  1. If you create something that we can use to some extent in the product, we'll pay you $100 for the technical challenge.

  2. An interview with me and the team.
