About The Role
We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused
Product Owner
to lead our End-to-End Service Design & Enablement team. This team is responsible for designing and owning the full campaign data enablement service experience—from ideation to execution and measurement—across platforms like Adobe Workfront, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Snowflake. This role serves as the connective tissue between marketing, engineering, analytics, and compliance teams, ensuring that metadata flows seamlessly across systems to support compliant, measurable, and scalable omnichannel campaigns. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining the team's vision and roadmap, owning the end-to-end metadata journey from campaign briefing to reporting, and driving cross-platform orchestration. A core objective is to identify and eliminate manual workarounds to unlock scalable automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Strategy: Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the team. Translate business needs into scalable, platform-agnostic service experiences and prioritize features based on impact and stakeholder input.
• Metadata Service Design: Own the end-to-end metadata journey from campaign briefing to reporting. Ensure metadata is created, approved, enriched, and validated across systems and govern taxonomy and tagging standards.
• Cross-Platform Orchestration: Drive integration and alignment across platforms like Adobe Workfront, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Snowflake. Ensure metadata consistency and traceability to support automation and personalization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with marketing, analytics, engineering, and compliance teams to gather requirements, co-design workflows, and facilitate sprint planning and cross-functional workshops.
• Delivery & Optimization: Own the delivery of service enhancements, ensuring timely execution and quality. Monitor KPIs and service performance metrics to inform continuous improvement, and identify and eliminate manual workarounds.

Must-Have
What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital marketing, data enablement, or enterprise platform environments.
• Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle workflows and metadata orchestration.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable, platform-agnostic service experiences.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, Tableau, and AEM.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance) with MLR and compliance workflows.
• Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO).

Experience with metadata governance, taxonomy management, and campaign QA.
