About the Role

You own a cluster. A cluster is a geographic region with three Osta companies, one for each trade: electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. You handle all inbound leads for your cluster, convert them to booked jobs, and own the revenue number.

When a homeowner calls about a broken outlet, you close it. When they call back three months later for a plumbing issue, you close that too. You're not just closing deals—you're building a book of customers who trust Osta for everything.

This role is remote, based in Brazil, working US Pacific hours.

What You'll Do

  • Handle all inbound leads for your cluster across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
  • Convert leads to booked jobs—you're measured on revenue, not activity
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal
  • Position Osta as a multi-trade platform from the first conversation
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
  • Hit your cluster revenue targets monthly and quarterly
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 4-5 years of sales experience with proven closing track record
  • Fluent English—written and spoken (you'll be talking to California homeowners daily)
  • Experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or customer-facing revenue roles
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Self-motivated and disciplined—remote work requires it
  • Available to work US Pacific hours

Preferred:

  • Experience in home services, real estate, or trades-adjacent industries
  • Background in multi-product or multi-service sales
  • Familiarity with lead management platforms
