Role Description

This is a full-time Associate role based on-site in São Paulo, SP. The Associate will handle daily legal tasks including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing contracts, providing legal advice to clients, and supporting litigation and corporate transactions. The role requires a proactive approach to meeting client needs with professionalism and precision while adhering to industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong legal drafting, research, and analysis skills
  • Experience in corporate law, including contracts and compliance
  • Ability to effectively communicate and advise clients on legal matters
  • Proficiency in time management and organization to handle multiple cases
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) and Brazilian Bar certification (OAB)
  • Keen attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
