Buscamos um(a) Brand Strategist Pleno, com forte viés estratégico e alto nível de autonomia. É um papel sem gestão direta de pessoas, mas com grande influência transversal, contato frequente com liderança e responsabilidade real sobre a estratégia de marca.

Principais responsabilidades
  • Definir e evoluir o posicionamento da marca Yandeh e de seus produtos.
  • Construir pilares de marca, narrativa, tom de voz e mensagens-chave.
  • Traduzir a estratégia de marca em briefings claros para o time interno de criação (design e vídeo).
  • Orquestrar iniciativas de branding, garantindo consistência visual e conceitual.
  • Criar e manter um roadmap de iniciativas de marca (campanhas, lançamentos e conteúdos institucionais).
  • Apoiar lançamentos de produtos com narrativas claras e orientadas a valor.
  • Analisar mercado, concorrência e benchmarks para embasar decisões estratégicas.
O que esperamos de você
  • Experiência prévia como Brand Manager, Estrategista de Marca ou função equivalente.
  • Capacidade de estruturar posicionamento e estratégia de marca.
  • Vivência com times de design e produto.
  • Boa leitura de mercado, especialmente em contextos B2B, tech ou SaaS.
  • Perfil crítico, organizado, autônomo e com forte capacidade de influência.
Diferenciais
  • Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, SaaS ou marketplaces B2B.
  • Vivência em agência de comunicação.
  • Experiência com múltiplas marcas ou produtos.
