Team Overview:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Treasury Specialist who excels in tracking company's financial actions and pays close attention to cash flow analysis. The Treasury Specialist also supports directing company's cashflow, enhancing banking cooperation, maximizing cashflow efficiency and 100% compliance of local regulations.

As Didi's Treasury Specialist, you will examine company business plans, budgets, expenses, and future projects to determine if the company's funds are being utilized properly and will share your ideas to make it more efficient. You will also keep a close interaction with Banks and will track of all bank formalities. You will also participate in negotiations with Banks to get optimal rates, best interest payout in our investments to boost DiDi's financial performance. Role Responsibilities:

• As a senior member of the Brazilian Treasury team you will bring impact on business cashflow, fund needs, and daily operation.
• Keep an eye on our bank accounts balances to ensure money is available for company's needs.
• Support an effective funding forecast together with Treasury Manager and Finance BPs
• Designing/improving cashflow forecast and financial models to ensure best resource allocation and planning.
• Monitoring treasury regulatory indicators compliance and timely reporting, as applying corrective measures when needed.
• Providing guidance in project implementations and keeping track of bank formalities to ensure smooth launching.
• Managing and controlling investments and debt portfolios with business partners.
• Keeping close communication and monitoring with strategy and finance business partner teams to ensure treasury properly supports business goals.

Role Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as Senior Analyst or Specialist in Treasury or Finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engeneering. Post-graduate studies in Finance desirable.
• Proficiency in cashflow forecasting, financial modeling, treasury systems, payment channels, Excel.
• VBA or other programming is highly valued.
• Fluent communication in english mandatory. Having a multicultural background is also highly valued.
• Demonstrate advanced communication skills and enhance teamwork. You are proactive, are a good team player and have a hands-on mentality.
