We are a fast-growing team of 60+ legal-tech professionals focused on helping law firms grow with Filevine, a case management platform. We are expanding our current Domo services and building a fully embedded and managed reporting platform. If you have worked as a creative person that loves building scalable systems, there may be a spot for you on the team.

Who is an ideal fit for this?

  • Someone in Latin America, allowing for time-zone overlap with other team members in North and South America
  • You have outstanding skills with Domo, Metabase, business intelligence, and data visualization tools in general.
  • We have a separate team of data engineers building a new data warehousing backend, so this role will be focused on the visualization layer, making the data come alive in the front end BI tools
  • You value the UX and storytelling aspect of dashboards
  • You are entrepreneurial or creative, and you want to build new systems that scale. Imagine building a set of 100 dashboards that become ready-to-use solutions for hundreds of clients
  • You enjoy meaningful work, are relatively self-managed when goals are clear, and excel as a 100% remote team member

What skills are needed?

  • Big picture thinker and experience with engaging front end dashboard design. Success with prior projects in creating actionionable insights that people use to run their business
  • Two years working Domo, Metabase or similar platforms. We are building in Domo and also Metabase as a pilot to learn more about other solutions. Everything will be embedded for our clients inside our white-label platform
  • MajorDOMO Certification
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard design, business intelligence, or financial analysis

What work needs to get done?

  • This is one of the few roles that generally not be client facing except for gathering feedback for figure development. Instead this role will work closely with a small team focused on our new "Dashbaord as a Service" style offering
  • Understand our current reports, built in Looker Studio, and rebuild with adjustments and team input into Domo and Metabase
  • We are looking to build dashboard templates that apply to a variety of law firms and legal teams. Then a client can quickly pick which dashboards match their business process and turn them on. This is a huge departure from the current models of building custom dashboards per client
  • The work will be done iteratively allowing for feedback and adjustment. We use Loom videos (screenshare videos) to clearly communicate the incremental work-in-progress

How about the compensation?

  • We are looking for a long term team member 100% employed by Vineskills. We are happy to start hourly or contract for part-time to confirm it's a good fit for both of us
  • When full-time, we include Paid Time Off, 10 paid local holidays and a growing tradition of closing between Christmas and New Years.
