Reach Surgical, a division of Genesis Medtech Group, is a leading minimally-invasive surgical device manufacturer and supplier, committed to serving high-quality products to healthcare practitioners and patients worldwide.

We deliver advanced technology and cost effective minimally-invasive surgical products to medical institutions and provide patients with reliable and economical treatment solutions.

We are looking to fill a local marketing position responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote Reach Surgical products. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market analysis, and creativity to effectively position our brand and drive sales. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in medical device marketing and a passion for making a positive impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the launch and promotion of medical device products in the local market, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
  • Establish the company's presence in key exhibitions and annual conferences to increase the brand awareness.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights. Utilize data-driven approaches to make strategic decisions.
  • Engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical associations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device marketing, with a proven track record of successful product launches and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, including regulatory requirements and healthcare market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for healthcare and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on patient outcomes.
