We are currently looking for a Tester (Functional & Automation)– an exciting opportunity to build innovative solutions in an hybrid position based in San Pablo. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual functional testing for CRM-related projects, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Design, create, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Postman, and Azure Test Plans, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Define and implement the overall testing strategy, including test plans, approaches, and best practices for CRM testing (as this is a newly established QA role).
  • Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to validate releases and ensure all quality gates are met before production deployment.
  • Log, document, and track defects and test results, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Partner with other QA team members to formulate and align testing strategies across teams.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and automation coverage.
  • Work independently and proactively within an Agile environment, maintaining clear communication with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, with a focus on manual functional testing and experience with test automation.
  • Strong experience working with Azure DevOps and knowledge of testing strategy
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Nice to have skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, Power BI, Data Quality, Microsoft Azure and Azure Pipelines
  • Hybrid work model. Sao Pablo.
