Job Responsibilities
:

  • Lead and manage multiple developers across web, application, and internal CRM projects
  • Architect, deploy, and maintain modern web applications and systems
  • Work hands-on with modern stacks including , React,
  • Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL-based systems
  • Oversee DevOps infrastructure, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability
  • Integrate and manage APIs, third-party services, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
  • Build and deploy AI-powered features into websites, apps, and internal tools
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align technical execution with business goals
  • Ensure projects move quickly with clear timelines, accountability, and delivery

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Manager, Senior Developer, or Technical Lead
  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and full-stack development
  • Experience deploying and maintaining production systems
  • Ability to manage developers, prioritize tasks, and enforce deadlines
  • Strong API integration experience
  • High level of ownership, urgency, and execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tooling.
  • Previous experience in fully remote team leadership.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
