Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Back-end Engineer com base sólida em Ruby e interesse em atuar em um ambiente de alta performance, exploratório e com desafios técnicos reais.
Aqui, você fará parte de um time enxuto e altamente técnico, responsável por construir e evoluir soluções na camada abaixo da cloud, interagindo diretamente com servidores físicos e entregando funcionalidades de plataforma que suportam nosso produto global.

É uma oportunidade para quem gosta de infraestrutura, automação e APIs, e quer atuar em um contexto de engenharia moderna, colaborativa e com liberdade técnica.

O que você vai fazer
Desenvolver e evoluir APIs em Ruby, integrando e expondo funcionalidades de plataforma.
Trabalhar com serviços assíncronos, jobs em larga escala e fluxos complexos de dados.
Participar das discussões de arquitetura e decisões técnicas, propondo soluções e direcionamentos.
Colaborar com times de SRE, DevTools, Plataforma e Dados para automatizar e orquestrar a infraestrutura.
Atuar em um ambiente horizontalizado, onde as ideias têm espaço e as soluções são construídas de forma colaborativa.
Contribuir para a qualidade de código, documentação e cenários de testes.

Requirements

O que esperamos de você
Experiência sólida com Ruby (principal linguagem do time).
Conhecimento em Python ou Go é um diferencial relevante.
Experiência com Cloud (AWS, GCP ou similares) e deploy de aplicações.
Vivência com Docker e Kubernetes (muito importante).
Capacidade de lidar com serviços distribuídos e assincronos.
Perfil autônomo, curioso e colaborativo, que busca soluções e aprende de forma independente.
Boa comunicação, o time é horizontal, e a troca de ideias é constante.
Inglês avançado ou fluente (ambiente internacional).
