Role Overview
Own and lead the delivery of Wonderful to enterprise customersScope and define requirements, success metrics and integration plans for complex POCs and onboardingsLead platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement to drive successful production launchesCoordinate across Product, Engineering, and Client teams to align on deliverables,  timelines & SLAsMonitor and analyze AI agents performance in productionIdentify and develop new AI use-cases with customers to expand impact and adoption rates.Requirements
2-5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager; or ~4 years experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing startupFluent in English, written & spoken and in SpanishStrong project-management and communication skillsComfortable working with APIs, data flows, and change-management processesProactive, hands-on attitude and a passion for AIB.Sc. in Computer Science (or a related technical field)Engineering background - a big plus.Experience in a startup in a Hyper-growth stage - a big PlusWhy Wonderful?
