Job Title: Organizational Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) specialist to join our team.

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

Experience:

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in organizational change management

Employment Type:

  • Full Time

GMO focuses on the human and organizational dimensions of transformation. Our activities include:

  • Engagement and communication: We ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
  • Mitigation of resistance: We work with employees to understand and address any concerns they may have about the change.
  • Management of organizational impacts: We assess and mitigate the potential impacts of the change on the organization.
  • Training and culture: We develop training programs to help employees adapt to the new changes and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

The collaboration between PMO and GMO is constant and strategic, but the performance of these profiles is different:

  • PMO: Plans, controls and technically delivers the project.
  • GMO: Ensures that change is understood, accepted and supported by people.
