Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.

What Role You Will Play In Our Team
The Identity & Access Management team is a globally dispersed team (Brazil,Houston and India) that develop and maintain the IT applications to provide a way to efficiently and securely manage machine accessed/application secrets for modern platforms (e.g. Cloud and Containers) , DevOps pipeline and automation tooling (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, etc.)

What You Will Do
Implement, maintain, support and enhance a Tier 0 vendor Secrets Management application, focused primarily on core platform of Secrets Management application, interfacing

with Cloud platform while also managing issues directly with the vendor. This is a great role for anyone with a career interest in Applications Support, Application Integration, Technical Support, Database Development or Support, or a desire to learn more about Identity & Access Management.

• Collaborate with vendors to integrate third party software into a corporate computing environment
• Install, configure, and deploy software
• Configure shared services (web, database, license, etc)
• Coordinate testing and troubleshooting with domain experts
• Develop scripts to deliver applications
• Optimize performance
• Reviews with application and user support contacts to update application documentation
• Collaborate within a global IT organization to resolve issues
• Coordinate and communicate with team members throughout the software development and support cycles
• Ensure change management procedures are followed
• Assess and mitigate application security exposures

About You
We are looking for a DevOps Secrets Engineer with Analytical and proactive professional with strong English communication skills. Able to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and work effectively in global virtual teams. Experienced in change management, system monitoring, and vendor collaboration for issue resolution. Skilled in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and managing support queues. Committed to customer service excellence and available for on-call rotations to ensure timely responses and implementation of application enhancements and patches. Technical Requirements include:

Infrastructure:

• Intermediate Server Administrator skills (Windows, Linux)
• Experience with Infra as Code Tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, OpenShift)

Cloud:

• AWS and Azure experience. Managing and configuring resources.
• AppRegistrations and client secrets management.
• AWS Accounts and Roles
• Modern Auth Protocols (OAuth, SAML, AzureAD federations)

Software development

• Strong programming skills for scripting and developing code. Strong knowledge in Rest APIs.
• Devops tools, technologies, and best practices. Github Actions/ADO Pipelines. CICD.
• Design patterns and strategies to implement complex solutions

HashiCorp

• Vault/consul management
• Experience with HashiCorp Terraform Programming
