Job Description

Buscamos incorporar a un Ingeniero con experiencia en Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) y Microsoft Azure. El candidato ideal tendrá un solido conocimiento en infraestructura, seguridad y redes, capaz de diseñar, implementar y gestionar entornos críticos en nubes públicas e híbridas. Su rol será fundamental para acompañar a nuestros clientes en proyectos de transformación digital, asegurando arquitecturas escalables, resilientes, seguras y alineadas a las mejores prácticas de la industria.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Diseñar, implementar y administrar arquitecturas de infraestructura en entornos Multicloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) para clientes empresariales.
  • Administrar y optimizar entornos híbridos que integren infraestructura On-Premise (Active Directory, Exchange, Linux) con servicios de nube.
  • Colaborar con el área de Solution Sales / Preventa en el diseño técnico de soluciones complejas, validando su alcance y viabilidad.
  • Participar en reuniones técnicas con clientes para definir la solución óptima que responda a sus necesidades de negocio, técnicas y de compliance.
  • Conducir workshops técnicos para la adopción de servicios y mejores prácticas en las distintas nubes (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proveer soporte especializado de Nivel 3 a las soluciones implementadas.
  • Documentar rigurosamente los diseños, configuraciones, procedimientos y mejores prácticas de seguridad.

REQUERIMIENTOS

Experiencia demostrable en proyectos basados en los siguientes tópicos:

  • Formación Académica: Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, Computación, Informática, Redes o afín.
  • Experiencia General:

o 4 años de experiencia comprobada en diseño, implementación y gestión de infraestructura en entornos de nube.

o Experiencia profunda en al menos dos de las tres nubes principales (AWS, GCP, Azure) y conocimientos prácticos en la tercera.

  • Experiencia en Migraciones:

o +3 años en proyectos de migración de infraestructuras a la nube, incluyendo:

§ Migraciones de cargas On-Premise a la nube (ej. de VMware/físico a EC2, Compute Engine, Azure VMs).

§ Migraciones entre nubes (ej. AWS Azure, GCP AWS).

§ Modernización de aplicaciones y workloads.

o Experiencia en soluciones de migración de VMware a la nube (ej. VMware Cloud on AWS, Azure VMware Solution, Google Cloud VMware Engine).

Conocimientos Técnicos Específicos

  • Sistemas Operativos y Entornos On-Premise:

o Dominio avanzado de administración de sistemas operativos Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) y Windows Server.

o Sólida experiencia en la administración de Microsoft Active Directory (AD DS, GPOs, DNS) y Microsoft Exchange Server.

  • Identidad y Directorios (Híbrido y Multicloud):

o Integración de Active Directory con proveedores de identidad en la nube (ej. Azure AD Connect, AWS Directory Service, Google Cloud Directory Sync).

o Implementación y gestión de servicios de IAM en cada nube (AWS IAM, Azure RBAC, Google Cloud IAM), aplicando el principio de privilegios mínimos (PoLP).

o Configuración de SSO, MFA y políticas de acceso condicional en entornos híbridos.

  • Seguridad (Multicloud):

o Implementación de soluciones de seguridad perimetral: AWS WAF & Shield, Azure WAF & DDoS Protection, Google Cloud Armor.

o Uso de herramientas de gestión de postura de seguridad: AWS Security Hub, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Google Security Command Center (SCC).

o Experiencia en arquitecturas de acceso seguro y Zero Trust (ej. IAP en GCP, Azure AD Application Proxy, AWS Verified Access).

  • Redes (Multicloud):

o Diseño y administración de redes virtuales (VPC en AWS/GCP, VNet en Azure), subredes, tablas de enrutamiento y firewalls (Security Groups, NSGs, GCP Firewall Rules).

o Configuración de conectividad híbrida: VPN Site-to-Site, AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, Google Cloud Interconnect.

o Manejo de balanceadores de carga globales y regionales en las tres nubes.

  • Cómputo y Almacenamiento:

o Gestión de máquinas virtuales (EC2, Azure VMs, Compute Engine), discos y snapshots.

o Conocimiento de servicios de almacenamiento de objetos (S3, Blob Storage, Cloud Storage).

  • Deseable:

o Conocimientos en Infraestructura como Código (IaC) con Terraform (preferente), CloudFormation o Bicep.

o Experiencia en orquestación de contenedores (Kubernetes) y servicios gestionados (EKS en AWS, AKS en Azure, GKE en GCP).

o Conocimientos en herramientas de monitoreo y logging (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Cloud Logging/Monitoring).

Otros Requisitos

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado (lectura técnica, documentación, interacción con equipos globales).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en proyectos regionales y adaptarse a distintos husos horarios.

Certificaciones Deseables

Se valorará positivamente contar con certificaciones en una o más nubes:

  • AWS: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional), AWS Certified Security - Specialty.
  • Microsoft Azure: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Google Cloud: Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
