Role Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual Marketing Manager to drive our growth, with a special focus on the Brazilian market. This role requires an expert who can seamlessly blend data-driven digital strategies with hands-on offline execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & PR: Develop and execute full-funnel digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email). Lead our PR efforts in Brazil, leveraging existing media relationships.
- Offline Channel Marketing: Manage channel partner programs, product launches, and events (trade shows, exhibitions). Oversee the end-to-end production of in-store retail marketing materials.
- Strategy: Create integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives for the region.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (working language).
- 5+ years of marketing management experience.
- Digital Expertise: Proven success with digital marketing and a strong portfolio of case studies. Must have specific experience and media connections in the Brazilian market.
- Offline Proficiency: Hands-on experience with channel marketing, product launches, event management, and the design/production of retail marketing assets.
- Strategic, proactive, and excellent at cross-functional collaboration.
