We are looking for a talented and experienced
Microsoft Power Platform Developer
to join our team. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. You will work with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and build custom solutions to meet their needs.

As a developer at Nexer, you will be given great responsibility and many opportunities. In your consulting role, you will be responsible for one or more projects, sub-projects and / or programs. The design of the assignments varies depending on the customer and what skills you have. Our customers are in different industries and we want to offer our customers industry-specific expertise.

On a Typical Day, You Will

• Develop custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate) to automate business processes, build dashboards, and create reports;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and understand their needs;
• Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices;
• Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and user interfaces using Power Platform tools;
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and services as needed;
• Create technical documentation and provide training and support to end-users.

Salary Range
CLT:
R$ 6.000,00 to R$ 9.000,00

Requisitos
What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages).
• Strong skills in data modeling, Dataverse, DAX, Power Query, and workflow design.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with external systems (APIs, Azure services, Dynamics 365).
• Understanding of governance practices (ALM, DLP, RLS/OLS).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Energetic and collaborative attitude

It is not mandatory, but it will help you a lot in this process:

• Microsoft Power Platform certification.
• Experience with custom connectors, plug-ins, or Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or other Microsoft AI solutions.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Azure ecosystem.
• Solid command of English.
