About the Job
Dadosfera, a leader in Data & AI Platform Solutions, is looking for top talent in Data Engineering. You will be part of an elite team working on Data & Analytics projects with some of the largest startups and corporations in the country. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data who thrives in a high-learning, autonomous environment with cutting-edge technologies. This is a unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders and work on projects dealing with real Big Data, while also having the chance to grow with the company through stock option opportunities
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute data projects focused on scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and modern DataOps practices.
- Integrate and process real-time data using Kafka.
- Create and manage continuous integration and delivery workflows with GitHub Actions.
- Ensure governance, version control, and code quality in collaborative environments.
- Implement and manage Kubernetes solutions for workload orchestration and scalability.
- Use advanced SQL for data modeling, extraction, and analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong experience with Databricks.
- Expertise in Kafka for real-time data processing.
- Advanced knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with PySpark for distributed data processing.
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Background working in startups or tech companies handling high data volumes.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).
- Advanced English skills.
