A day in the life:      

Step into the exhilarating role of Manager, Sales Engagement Operations, where you'll spearhead dynamic strategic initiatives to electrify organizational engagement and drive achievement of our ambitious goals. Take charge of orchestrating high-energy events and forging powerful partnerships, all while being at the helm of innovative tools like dealer loaders to guarantee the impactful delivery of our programs. The impact you'll make:  

  •  Manage event planning and execution to brand engagement and visibility, this a vital responsibility.
  •  Coordinate with internal and external partners, collaboration fosters effective program delivery and extends the company's reach and influence.
  • Analyze program data and adjust strategies. Data-driven decisions are essential for refining strategies and maximizing impact.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the quality of our events, service and cost effective solutions, while negotiating contracts secures favorable terms.
  •  Budget and resource management, efficient use of resources is critical for sustainable operations and achieving program goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and fosters a collaborative environment.
  • Direct engagement and relationship-building are key to customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory for events and dealer loader (DL). Oversee inventory, storage, and maintenance of event and DL assets to ensure quality of the service and execution     

Who you are:     

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business, Marketing, Project Management, Engineering or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in events planning
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Project Management Experience
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Familiarity with ERP Systems; Data Analysis and
  • Management; Basic Programming Knowledge; Knowledge of CRM Software; Familiarity with Social Media and Digital Marketing Tools
  • Preferred Certifications: N/A
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Excellent at Managing Time, Priorities, and Expenses; Negotiation Skills; Coaching and People Management; Communication and Time Management
  • English Fluent (Preferential)
