PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES/ ATRIBUIÇÕES:
Atender Clientes para identificar dúvidas ou problemas sobre o serviço e direcionar a demanda para os respectivos setores responsáveis
Elaborar relatórios sobre as atividades mensais do setor
Participar de projetos de melhoria do SAC
Atuar ativamente com o time de atendimento
Receber dúvidas, elogios, sugestões e reclamações de clientes, promovendo um atendimento que leve a satisfação e relação com o cliente.
REQUISITOS:
Ensino médio completo,
Tecnólogo em áreas correlatas será um diferencial
Experiência anterior na função
Experiência em Logística
Excel intermediário, informática básica.
