Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Transaction Processing Representative located in Nossa Senhora do Socorro, SE. The responsibilities include accurately processing financial transactions, handling claims efficiently, and maintaining comprehensive records. As a key point of contact, the representative will also address customer inquiries and provide administrative support to ensure seamless operation and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Transactions processing and Claims Processing
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software
  • Previous experience in transaction processing or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are preferred
