Estamos buscando alguém com visão estratégica e atitude empreendedora para liderar contas-chave da agência. Você será o responsável por conectar as necessidades dos clientes ao nosso time interno, garantindo relacionamento sólido, entregas com constância e oportunidades reais de crescimento para cada projeto.

Suas responsabilidades

  • Ser o "dono da conta": entender o negócio do cliente profundamente e direcionar estratégias que façam sentido para o momento dele.
  • Conduzir reuniões, alinhar expectativas, apresentar resultados e mapear oportunidades comerciais de forma consultiva.
  • Transformar necessidades do cliente em briefings claros e acionáveis para o time de criação, conteúdo, performance e branding.
  • Acompanhar KPIs e indicadores essenciais de cada conta, ajustando rotas e priorizando o que realmente gera resultado.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com líderes de cada núcleo, garantindo integração entre estratégia, execução e métricas.
  • Antecipar riscos, resolver conflitos, organizar prioridades e proteger a saúde do relacionamento com o cliente.
  • Evoluir processos e trazer referências de mercado que mantenham a qualidade e inovação das entregas.

Requisitos para se destacar

  • Experiência sólida como Account, Atendimento Estratégico, Planner ou Gestão de Contas em agência.
  • Capacidade de analisar negócio, funil, metas e contexto estratégico, não só briefing.
  • Domínio de indicadores e noção clara de como ações de comunicação influenciam vendas, marca e performance.
  • Habilidade de negociação, tomada de decisão, gestão de expectativas e comunicação clara.
  • Perfil colaborativo, com liderança de influência (não precisa mandar, precisa engajar).
  • Graduação em Marketing, Publicidade, Comunicação ou áreas afins.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar de forma presencial.
