Resumo do cargo
O especialista de campo – MPD é responsável pelo gerenciamento da pressão do poço durante sua construção, garantindo a estabilidade e segurança das operações. Atua diretamente na coordenação com o sondador, realizando ajustes no sistema de controle de MPD por meio de comunicação eficaz e contínua.

Além disso, é encarregado da execução de manutenção preventiva nos equipamentos de MPD, assegurando sua confiabilidade e desempenho. Também realiza diagnósticos e resolução de falhas (troubleshooting) no sistema, contribuindo para a continuidade operacional e mitigação de riscos.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar a pressão do poço durante as fases de perfuração e construção, garantindo a integridade do poço.
  • Realizar ajustes operacionais no sistema de controle de MPD em tempo real, em coordenação com o sondador.
  • Manter comunicação eficaz com a equipe da sonda para garantir decisões rápidas e seguras.
  • Executar manutenção preventiva nos equipamentos de MPD, conforme cronograma e padrões técnicos.
  • Realizar troubleshooting e correção de falhas nos sistemas de MPD, minimizando tempo de inatividade.
  • Monitorar parâmetros operacionais e identificar desvios que possam comprometer a segurança ou eficiência.
  • Garantir conformidade com normas e procedimentos de segurança, ambientais e operacionais.
  • Registrar e reportar dados operacionais e intervenções realizadas nos sistemas de MPD.
  • Apoiar treinamentos e capacitação da equipe sobre operação e manutenção dos sistemas de MPD.
  • Colaborar com engenheiros e supervisores para otimizar o desempenho do sistema e propor melhorias.
  • Garantir que as entregas dos serviços estejam corretas e sejam realizadas dentro do prazo.
  • Participar de análises de risco das atividades e de programas de melhoria contínua.
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com clientes para promover os produtos e serviços da empresa.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos padrões da empresa e das normas regulatórias, por meio da implementação do CAT, autoavaliações e inspeções nos locais de trabalho.
  • Participar de reuniões de qualidade de serviço com os clientes e promover melhorias por meio de planos de ação.
  • Participar de iniciativas de HSE (Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente) e de Qualidade.
  • Utilizar os EPIs (Equipamentos de Proteção Individual) e cumprir as políticas de HSE.
  • Manter os treinamentos de segurança exigidos em dia.

Requisitos

  • Formação técnica completa
  • Registro profissional (CFT) ativo
  • Experiência em MPD, voltada para sistema de controle
  • Experiência em Mud Logging será um diferencial
  • Desejável inglês intermediário
