Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vessel operations: scheduling, berth planning and cargo manifests
- Liaise with port authorities, agents and cross-functional teams
- Monitor vessel performance KPIs and generate operational reports in Excel/Power BI
- Support chartering, documentation and compliance processes
Qualifications
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Business Administration or International Relations
- Advanced proficiency in
Excel
and
Power BI
Nice to Have
- Experience or academic exposure in
shipping
, port logistics or supply-chain management
