We are seeking a proactive and analytical
Deployment Planner
to join our South America team. This role is critical to ensuring product availability across our markets, supporting both current and future supply chain strategies.

The position can be based in either São Paulo (Brazil) or Buenos Aires (Argentina), offering flexibility to attract the best talent.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
  • Experience in consumer goods, spirits, wine, or similar process-driven industries is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with deployment planning systems/tools (especially Excel and SAP).
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is required.
  • Someone who takes initiative, stays ahead of potential issues and drives continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work across geographic boundaries and with senior stakeholders in South America, North America, and Europe.

Main Challenges & Responsibilities

  • Ensure product is available at the right place and time, reviewing supply plans and executing direct import orders.
  • Analyse inventory positions, anticipate volatility, and take action to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics and customer service teams, adapting to structural changes in the supply chain (e.g., shifting production between Brazil and Argentina).
  • Maintain high service levels while optimizing costs (e.g., improving vehicle fill rates and reducing inefficiencies).
  • Participate in global process alignment, ensuring best practices are understood and implemented locally.

Location

  • São Paulo (Brazil) or Buenos Aires (Argentina), the final location will be determined based on business needs and candidate profile.
