Responsabilidades e atribuições 

O que é o nosso time de Crédito?

Temos como missão garantir uma gestão eficiente na concessão e manutenção de crédito, que assegure rentabilidade e o crescimento com solidez dos ativos da Organização.

Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido - 2x Presencial

Unidade:  Curitiba/PR ou Osasco/SP

Como será seu dia a dia?

Sendo Data Scientist I - Modelagem de crédito, atuará na gerência Modelagem de crédito e suas principais atividades serão: 

·       Realização de estudos analíticos, trabalhando por grande volume de dados;

·       Desenvolver modelos e algoritmos (regressão, Machine Learning, etc.);

·       Apresentação dos resultados de estudos e modelos, por meio de relatório técnicos e apresentações;

· Interagir com diversos departamentos internos, demonstrando interesse e vontade de aprender;

·       Aplicação de melhores práticas compartilhadas pela liderança.

Requisitos e Qualificações

O que você precisa ter ou saber?

·       Ensino superior completo em Estatística, Matemática, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas; 

·       Experiência no desenvolvimento de soluções analíticas (modelos e algoritmos), seja em ambiente corporativo ou acadêmico; 

·       Nível intermediário de conhecimento em estatística e Machine Learning; 

· Nível básico de programação em SQL e Python/Spark, com uso de bibliotecas de ciência de dados (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, etc.).

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

·       Vivência em projetos com visão de negócio;

·       Inglês avançado;

·       Experiência de programação em SAS;

· Experiência em desenvolvimento de modelos de risco de crédito.
