Como Data Engineer, você atuará em projetos de transformação digital para clientes. Desenvolverá soluções de dados usando GCP, Databricks, Python e SQL, construindo pipelines robustos que conectam múltiplas fontes e geram inteligência competitiva.

Essa posição é para atuar de forma Remoto.

Responsibilities

No nosso Data Hub você terá o desafio de:

  • Desenvolver e manter pipelines ETL/ELT escaláveis em GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Composer/Airflow) e Databricks (Delta Lake, arquitetura medalhão Bronze/Silver/Gold);
  • Atuar em múltiplos projetos de clientes, desenvolvendo soluções personalizadas;
  • Trabalhar de forma consultiva junto aos times dos clientes, entendendo necessidades de negócio e traduzindo em soluções técnicas
  • Implementar integrações com APIs de plataformas de marketing, CRM, e-commerce e terceiros para ingestão de dados em tempo real e batch
  • Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares (cientistas de dados, analistas, desenvolvedores, áreas de negócio)e atuar como facilitador para adoção de melhores práticas.
  • Implementar governança, segurança e qualidade de dados, garantindo conformidade com LGPD e práticas de catalogação/versionamento
  • Participar de metodologias ágeis em formato squad (sprints, dailies, retrospectivas), gerenciando múltiplas prioridades com autonomia
Prerequisites

O que a Cadastra espera de você:

  • Bacharelado em Computação, Engenharia de Dados, Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em Engenharia de Dados com pipelines ETL | ELT
  • Conhecimento de GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow e Composer/Airflow) e DataBricks (Notebooks, Delta Lake, PySpark)
  • Conhecimento intermediário de SLQ (queries complexas, otimização e modelagel) e Python (Pandas, Pyspartk, Numpy, APIs)
  • Experiência com conectores (APIs);

DIFERENCIAL

  • Certificações: GCP Professional Data Engineer, Databricks Data Engineer Associate/Professional;
  • Experiência em marketing de dados (Google Analytics, CRM, plataformas de marketing, customer analytics);
  • Vivência em consultoria ou gestão de múltiplos projetos;
  • Metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) em formato squad
