About the role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll plan, execute, and optimise integrated digital campaigns that drive engagement and conversion across Brazil. You'll create locally relevant content and assets, promote events and webinars, manage channels and CRM, and translate insights into actions-working closely with local, regional, and global teams.
What You'll Do
Digital campaign execution: Plan, implement, and optimise campaigns across paid media, email, social, and web to meet clear goals.
Content & Asset Development: Create/adapt localised content for websites, social media, and email-keeping it on‑brand and relevant to Brazil.
Event & Webinar Promotion: Build targeted digital journeys that raise awareness and attendance.
Channel & Platform Management: Maintain websites, social platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Performance Analysis: Use analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta insights, Google Ads) to monitor results and recommend improvements.
Agency & partner Liaison: Coordinate briefs, timelines, and deliverables with agencies and collaborators.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, events, and global marketing teams to align activity to business objectives.
About You
You're a hands-on, data-driven digital marketer who plans, executes, and optimises multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, social, and web. You create locally relevant content, manage our channels and CRM, and turn insights into actions. Collaborative and organised, you're comfortable working at a pace with colleagues across Brazil and globally. You're fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (B1+).
- 2–4 years' experience in digital marketing (campaign execution and performance optimisation)
- Practical experience with social platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram) and creative tools (Canva/Adobe or similar)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and CMS platforms
- Comfortable with analytics and ad tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) to generate actionable insights
- Strong organisation and time‑management; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of the Brazilian digital media landscape and cultural nuances
It's a plus if you also bring:
- Experience promoting events/webinars through targeted digital campaigns
- Exposure to regional/global collaboration across teams and time zones
- Agency/vendor liaison skills to keep assets on‑brief and on‑time
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and A/B testing to refine journeys and improve conversion
