Location
: 100% on site - Vila Olimpia, SP

Job Responsabilities

  • Support the user research team in studying Portuguese, English, and Chinese-speaking markets, identifying user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.
  • Coordinate and assist interviews with Portuguese-speaking users, including scheduling, communication, and drafting research summaries.
  • Help design and execute user surveys, organize collected data, and generate insightful reports.
  • Conduct deep market research through desktop analysis, consumer interviews, and merchant conversations.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and transform findings into actionable recommendations.
  • ollaborate on cross-functional presentations to support user growth strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Excellent proficiency in Portuguese, English and Chinese - global company
  • Strong analytical skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Strong interest in user research, product design, or user experience, with good learning ability and logical thinking.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
