Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end indirect procurement processes across departments.
- Develop sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance.
- Negotiate contracts ensuring the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery.
- Align with internal teams to anticipate needs and create effective purchasing plans.
- Review costs regularly and ensure contracts match business and market conditions.
- Support budget planning with savings visibility and accurate reporting.
- Strengthen procurement systems and processes, identifying digitalization opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience managing indirect procurement processes from end to end.
- Ability to create sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, and supplier reliability.
- Strong negotiation skills for contracts and commercial terms.
- Collaboration skills to work with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset for cost reviews, budgeting, and reporting.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and process improvement through digital tools.
Location and work-mode:
- 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi).
