Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end indirect procurement processes across departments.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance.
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Align with internal teams to anticipate needs and create effective purchasing plans.
  • Review costs regularly and ensure contracts match business and market conditions.
  • Support budget planning with savings visibility and accurate reporting.
  • Strengthen procurement systems and processes, identifying digitalization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing indirect procurement processes from end to end.
  • Ability to create sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, and supplier reliability.
  • Strong negotiation skills for contracts and commercial terms.
  • Collaboration skills to work with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset for cost reviews, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and process improvement through digital tools.

Location and work-mode:

  • 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi).
