Descrição da Vaga:

Estamos em busca de um Planner Controller Manager para atuar presencialmente na sede da Truss Intelligence. A pessoa será responsável por apoiar o time técnico e gerencial no controle de prazos, organização das demandas, agendamento de reuniões e acompanhamento contínuo do cronograma geral dos projetos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar e atualizar o Planner (cronogramas, tarefas, prioridades e status).
  • Controlar prazos e cobrar entregas das equipes envolvidas.
  • Organizar agendas, marcar reuniões e registrar atas quando necessário.
  • Auxiliar o time técnico na organização de documentos, planilhas e informações dos projetos.
  • Acompanhar o andamento das atividades e reportar aos gestores.
  • Manter comunicação clara e objetiva com diferentes áreas da empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio Completo.
  • Formação técnica em Engenharia, Técnico Industrial ou áreas correlatas (desejável).
  • Habilidade com ferramentas de planejamento (Planner, Trello, Notion, Excel ou similares).
  • Pessoa organizada, responsável, comunicativa e proativa.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com prazos e múltiplas demandas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em controle de projetos ou atividades administrativas.
  • Familiaridade com ambientes tecnológicos ou de engenharia.

Modelo de Trabalho:

Presencial, na sede da Truss Intelligence – SIG, Brasília/DF.

Segunda a sexta-feira (horário comercial).
