Atividades
- Realizar o Levantamento de Necessidades de Treinamento junto aos gestores e áreas para identificar gaps de competências;
- Realizar a analise de indicadores de desempenho e avaliações de performance para propor ações de desenvolvimento.
- Elaborar o plano anual de T&D alinhado às estratégias da empresa;
- Controlar cronogramas, inscrições, convites e logísticas dos eventos;
- Criar materiais instrucionais, apresentações e trilhas de aprendizagem;
- Apoiar a produção de conteúdos para plataformas EAD e LMS;
- Atualizar e aprimorar conteúdos com base no feedback dos participantes;
- Gestão de Fornecedores e Parcerias;
- Aplicar pesquisas de reação, aprendizagem e impacto;
- Gerar relatórios de indicadores de T&D (horas treinadas, participação, custos, etc.);
- Sugerir melhorias com base nos resultados das avaliações;
- Apoiar programas de desenvolvimento de lideranças e talentos internos;
- Contribuir para iniciativas de cultura organizacional, clima e engajamento;
Requisitos
- Formação superior completa em Psicologia, Administração, Pedagogia, RH ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prévia em T&D, desejável em empresas de tecnologia;
- Conhecimento em metodologias de aprendizagem, trilhas de carreira e gestão por competências;
- Habilidade com ferramentas digitais de aprendizagem e gestão de performance.
