In this role, you will work with a highly creative and intelligent team working on new innovative solutions for everyday workers. As a
Lead UX Designer
, you will use your entire range of user experience design, visual design, and data visualization to craft innovative solutions. Our best UX Designers have a knack for taking a holistic approach to delivering value and delighting our clients. You'll use your keen curiosity to gather information to untangle client problems and understand that tapping into your team can provide the best outcomes. You have a passion for collaboration and savor thought experimentation and iteration in the design process.

What we expect from you

• Partner with engineering, product, and teams across the organization to create intuitive and impactful user experiences
• Translate requirements and deliver wireframes, task flows, specifications, prototype, visual designs that are practical yet push boundaries
• Leverage modern web technologies to define innovative user interfaces and interaction models that result in improved user productivity and operational efficiency
• Understand and employ best practices for interaction design, usability, and supporting technologies
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative UX research with users
• Engage users, customers and stakeholders through Design Thinking techniques

Experience You'll Need

• 5+ years of UX Design experience
• Proven experience with portfolio examples showcasing systems thinking
• Able to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Process-focused with the ability to explain ideas and show your working
• Experience designing for responsive web and an understanding of the technology behind it (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience conducting and applying user research to guide design decisions
• Interest in working with and expanding a design system
• Ability to coordinate people, track user stories, and design deliverables
• Ability to engender trust and respect from peers and stakeholders
• Highly proficient in user journey mapping, information architecture, and communicating user flows
• Comfortable and fluent communicator with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders
• A portfolio of recent work must accompany all applications.
