Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operating Engineer located on-site in Lages, SC. The Operating Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing various building maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, and plumbing. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring facility operations, performing routine inspections, and ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently.

Qualifications

• Skills in Building Maintenance and Facility Management (FM)
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
• Proficiency in Plumbing tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in facility management or building maintenance are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
