Como Coordenação de Projetos, você será uma peça fundamental para a entrega bem-sucedida dos projetos. No seu dia a dia, você será responsável pelo planejamento e organização das demandas, trabalhando diretamente com diferentes equipes. Sua liderança e habilidade de engajar a equipe serão essenciais para garantir a efetivação das entregas planejadas. A interação com times e culturas diversas será uma constante, proporcionando aprendizado diário e fortalecimento de conexões em diferentes níveis.
Conhecimentos Necessários:
- Ensino Superior completo;
- Conhecimento em metodologia de gerenciamento de projetos e change management são mandatórios;
- Conhecimento em metodologias de Change Management e experiência comprovada;
- Inglês e espanhol avançado obrigatório;
- Certificação em projetos ou change management é desejável;
- Desejável experiência em criação e execução de plano de comunicação;
- Excelente habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido ou teletrabalho;
- Proatividade é fundamental para alcançar os objetivos;
- Excelente habilidade de comunicação;
- Domínio em Stakeholder management é fundamental;
- Conhecimento em metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos, incluindo Waterfall, Agilidade, Melhoria Contínua e outras.
